Products ordered from can be returned within 15 days.

Please fill in the return form enclosed with each delivery and send it back to us – this will help us process your return as quickly as possible. To begin processing your refund, all items must be returned unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns within the Netherlands and the United States are at your own expense. Returns outside those countries are free.

If you are returning an order from outside the European Union, we ask that you include three Commercial Invoices in your return. Please ensure you attach two of the documents to the box and give one to the carrier. If you encounter any issues, please ask the carrier for assistance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items ordered online, but you can return your item and then place a new order.

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after arrival at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of processing your return, using the same payment method used for the order.

Due to reduced capacity & extra safety measures linked to COVID-19, delivery & returns processed by our carriers during promotions and sale periods are likely to be delayed by one to three days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange any products purchased online in our physical stores. All items bought online must be returned through our website.
