Once you have placed your online order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then start to process your order. To track the order, sign up to or log in to your DENHAM account. In your order history, you can check the status.

We may cancel part of your order. This happens when we're processing simultaneous orders of the same item(s) and an item runs out of stock. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email from us. If you are missing an item from your order and did not receive an email, please contact our Customer Care Team for more information.

Unfortunately, once you've placed the order with us, you cannot make any further changes to it.
