We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at DENHAM. Is your order not quite what you expected? You can easily register your return via our Return Portal.

1. Go to our Return Portal or scan the QR code on your packing slip.

2. Enter your email address and order number.

3. Select the items you want to return and specify the reason for each item.

4. Select your preferred carrier and receive a shipping label or QR code instantly



1. Carefully pack the items in the original packaging.

2. Include this return label in the box

3. Attach the return label to the box or use the QR code at the drop-off point.

4. Remove or cover all old barcodes and shipping labels.

5. Drop off the package at your chosen service point and keep the proof of shipment safe.



  • Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 business days.

  • You will receive automatic updates on the status of your return.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method once your return is approved.

  • Return your order within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Registering your return via the Return Portal is mandatory. This ensures fast and secure processing of your refund.

  • Always make sure you have a tracking code as proof of shipment.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and labels attached.

  • It is not possible to return or exchange online purchases in a physical store.

  • Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? Please contact our Customer Service for assistance.


Unfortunately, exchanging items ordered online for a different size, colour etc. is not possible. However, you can return the item and place a new order.

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of the return being processed, using the same payment method as your original order.


Please note that during promotions and sale periods, delivery and return processing by our carriers may be delayed by one to three days due to reduced capacity.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange any products purchased online in our physical stores. All items bought online must be returned through our website.
