You might be charged handling fees and/or taxes if your order passes through international customs. Customers (apart from UK customers) are responsible for paying any additional costs, including but not limited to customs, duties, and taxes.

We charge a flat fee of £6.95 for all UK deliveries.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the customs clearance now required following Brexit, your order may arrive a few days later than usual.

UK returns are possible within 15 days and will be free of charge. Please use the return label that came with your original order. If you have misplaced your return label, reach out to our Customer Care Team for a new return label.

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days once our warehouse has received it. You should receive your refund using the same payment method used to make the original order within 14 days.

Products ordered from DENHAM.com can be returned within 15 days. It is not possible to exchange items ordered online, but you can return the item in question and then place a new order.

Please fill in the return form enclosed with each delivery and send it back to us within 15 days; this helps us process your return as quickly as possible.
To begin processing your refund, all items must be returned unused, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns made within the Netherlands and the United States are at your own expense. Returns outside those countries are free.

If you are returning an order from outside the European Union, we ask that you include three Commercial Invoices in your return. Please ensure you attach two of the documents to the box and give one to the carrier. If you encounter any issues, please ask the carrier for assistance.

How long does it take to process a return and receive my refund?

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after arrival at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of processing your return, using the same payment method used for the order.

Due to reduced capacity & extra safety measures linked to COVID-19, delivery & returns processed by our carriers during promotions and sale periods are likely to be delayed by one to three days.

Can I return items purchased online in one of your physical stores?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange any products purchased online in our physical stores. All items bought online must be returned through our website.

Create an account and in your orders hisory, you will be able to check your order status.

We may cancel part of your order. This happens when we're processing simultaneous orders on the same item(s), and an item runs out of stock. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email from us. If you are missing an item from your order and did not receive an email, please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.

Unfortunately, once you've placed the order with us, you cannot make any further changes to it.

How do I use a promotional code?

You can enter your promotional code in your 'Shopping Bag' before heading to the 'Check Out' page. If your promotional code isn't working, your code may be invalid, was already used, or is not applicable on the product(s) in your cart.
Please note a promotional code is only valid on full-price items and are excluding the shipping costs. For more information, please check the code's terms and conditions.

If you are still having trouble using your promotional code, please contact our Customer Service Team, and we will provide you with a new code.

Discount codes cannot be applied on orders that have been placed and paid for already.

Collaborations are excluded from promotions and discounts.
